Yes these are coming and hopefully in the next month or so, I would love to get most of these down for drift evolution in October 2nd, but I doubt that will happen.

Firebird’s on the hold for now and back to the DD list, till I get the s12 running with the above.

After checking her out, it seems to be a typical CA20E problems from people who where just piecing her together to get back and forth to work. It doesn’t matter to me, it’s a drift car just needs the right engine, Shocks, Weld the diff, and tires.

I’ll call her something… Name Yet to be determined.

Ideally is that I want to not only build a drift but a grip car too, something I could use in the terms of Touge, or Canyon Runs.
Car itself cost me 100 dollars and a drive to, unfortunatly I broke it and I’m still loling about it.?? Gas cost me 40 bux to get up there and back, but to get it towed back, it cost me 220.
including trailer rental, gas for the truck to make it’s round trip and anything extra to help them out.

Good side is, just a timing belt blew. 15 dollar part.?? lol ops, well that is what I get for romping on old cars.

But I do say even tho, it did have some balls for being the way that it is, so I’m going to get it stable right now so I can actually move it around. It’s got some work ahead of it. But it will happen, I like the AE86 look with this car, and having the nissian power. It’s going to make this light car fly.

I went with the s12, because out of the box it’s an underpowered car, which makes drifting learning easier then it’s expected to be with the s13, like the AE86, the ca20e has more torque then the 4age engine. So essential, making this thing drift and grip isn’t going to be hard off the bat just not as powerful as the others. When I feel I’ve maxed out the potential of the current block, I have a huge selection to upgrade to which is what I was seeing, sure an s13 can deliver a good ground. But an s12 is a good way to start. In my theory anyways.

Well Ol Raven got her new front shocks done finally this last weekend, and took a trip to Medford 3 and 1/2 hours away.

Next still to come is I gotta do the 5 spd install, so I’m saving up some capitol before I move forward. Because I’m planing on either having enough cash to move forward with the install, do some extra fixes and upgrades at the same time, or grab a drift project 240sx. In which I don’t think that will happen but we will see, A lot can happen.
