Here is a bunch of pictures took while disassembling the CA20E, I still have to pull the bottom half of the block for the rebuild.
I had to cut alot of hoses and fix a ton of bolts.

I’ve been working on the S12 when I get a chance to. This weekend hopefully if I can get a new battery for it. I’ll?? be getting it started.
I’m going threw, and cleaning up alot of nasty crap on the motor, cleaning it up and getting it ready to play with. Since this is my drift project, I think it’s going to be a perfect candidate for learning to get her sideways. Starting out as an underpowered car with just a little bit more torque then an 4a-ge motor of an AE86.?? I just have to get the rear dif welded when it’s stable and running right.

This weekend, I had a blast.?? I took Raven out and did some unexpected fun with it in 1st gear. I was able to get her sideways some but I’d still have a hard time controlling her.?? I’m having way too much over and under steering going on, but I think I’m getting better at it, just need more seat time with her I’d defiantly push the sideways action and get under the .20’s int he autocross.?? I was soo trying to high speed the course, with out the means of slowing down at all, but having an automatic is just rough because you can’t do much other then power over & faint to initiate drifting into the corners, and with my firebird if just too much power or throttle you will loose control quick.?? I would attempt to do faint drift and I would understeer heavy, or stuck and cannot turn the wheel after trying to counter steer and stuck doing a spin out dohnut… I think when I get the corners mastered specially the C type corners, I’ll get that covered in no time.
But had some great fun, it was soo fun for me. I can’t wait till I do the 5 speed swap on Raven, but for the Blue Turtle… I’m going to get her running this week, and will be @ more events with blue turtle, till I can get Raven more addressed with alot of problems she has.

Well, I just got some good news on my s12, as I described my problem to some people who might know the problem already off the bat, Since I’m learning this car from it’s problems off the bat, I’m learning alot about it already.
What happened was when we drove it from the guys house and gas it up getting ready for the drive back to Redmond, it all of a sudden stopped. And it wouldn’t full turn over, the starter would attempt to start it, but nothing happened. Which turned out to be the timing belt in the end, it was completely shreded at the bottom. and I ripped it apart to get it off since the bolts for the pully was completely stripped.
